Cozy studio apartment located on the first floor without elevato.
As soon as you enter the apartment, you will find the modern bathroom with towel warmers and shower on the right and to the left there is a walk-in closet with a window opening onto the living area.
Going up 2 steps you enter the living area with an open floor plan kitchen on the right equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an induction burners, and a small dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen there is a table for 4.
On the left side of the living room there is a marriage bed that could be splitted in 2 single beds and a flat screen TV.
The apartment also has a characteristic wooden loft with a sloped ceiling

Halldis Gressoney is a new and unique residence that houses 54 spacious apartments, fully equipped, with cuts ranging from studios to solutions to accommodate up to 10 people.
