Welcome to the "Hafenwelt" holiday apartment in Olpenitz! This modern and stylishly furnished apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday on the Baltic Sea and boasts an exceptional sea view that will soothe your soul.
With 77 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to five people, making it ideal for families, romantic getaways, or holidays with friends.
Located directly in the holiday complex by the sea, it's just a few minutes to the fine sandy beach, where you can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy unforgettable moments by the water. The apartment features a harmonious, open-plan living concept.
In the lovingly designed living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa where you can relax in front of the smart TV after an active day or simply listen to the sound of the waves while admiring the sunset over the Baltic Sea. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for – from a ceramic hob and dishwasher to high-quality kitchen utensils.
Enjoy delicious meals together at the dining table, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed in the living area provides space for two additional guests.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower and ample storage space is also available, along with practical amenities such as a washing machine and underfloor heating for added comfort. Another highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the breathtaking view of the water.
The garden furniture invites you to relax with a good book or simply unwind. The apartment also offers child-friendly amenities, including a cot and a highchair, ensuring that even the youngest guests feel completely at ease. Wir waren im Juli für 4 Tage in der Unterkunft mit Balkon und Blick auf das Wasser und den Hafen. Es war einfach erste Sahne!
Die Lage ist traumhaft – direkt am Wasser, mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand. Ideal zur Erholung.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht aus dem Panoramafenster ebenso.
Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter hat man noch einen Urlaubseffekt, weil man rausschauen kann und was Beruhigendes zu sehen bekommt.
Beim Fahrradverleih im selben Haus bekamen wir einen Nachlass von 10%.
Vielleicht wird es in der Hauptsa...
